Passover Seder Menus 2025

Over the years we've tried a lot of recipes. Funnily enough, no one can really remember most of the chicken dishes we've tried. I guess they were fine, not not memborable good or bad. This year I am trying a very simple chicken (grilled cutlets) for 1st seder, served room temp or warm, which will make it easier for a Saturday night seder. I'm picturing it served over the bed of salad. I think this will feel lighter than some other options.

As has been my goal for the last several years, I am trying to minimize the amount of Passover-specific recipes or ingredients. So, there's no kugel with matza farfel or anything that needs fake mustard. Most veggies and meat/poultry, Also, the desserts are now my standard set of desserts because when you've got good Passover desserts, it just doesn't make sense to mess around.
